Estudio de alteraciones de la glicosilación en cáncer cervicouterino: búsqueda de marcadores glicosilados para el diagnóstico temprano del CaCu, identificación de estructuras que favorecen la invasión, estudio de moléculas que modifican la glicosilación celular.

Estudio de la regulación transcripcional de genes de glicosiltransferasas: análisis de regiones promotoras de sialiltransferasas y factores que modifican su actividad.
Epidemiología del virus del papiloma humano: diagnóstico viral para determinar su prevalencia en la región y la identificación de los tipos más comunes.

Efecto de la infección por el virus del papiloma humano en la glicosilación celular, identificación de los cambios y su papel en el fenotipo maligno.

Participación en otras líneas:
